everything was excellent, so were awesome views of the skyline. everyone from the staff was wonderfully friendly. it was within 23 min drive or so from the airport.

We liked this place. The breakfast with noodle soup and fresh eggs, for instance was excellent, and the majority of the staff were service-minded.

Clean place & really kind and nice staff extremely helpful with a quick check-out. Awesome location in Pathumwan district not far from all the main tourist areas, MRT too and Aetas Bangkok. Also, in hurry cause afraid to be late arrival at airport. Quick check-in, late check-out. A bar in the lobby, convenient.

We loved the spacious and clean room, fast wifi, and friendly and helpful staff. The birthday surprise for my partner was a wonderful touch. The hotel's location near the Phloen Chit BTS station was convenient, and the complimentary tuk-tuk shuttle was a nice bonus. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, and the room service food was delicious. a fantastic hotel for both leisure and celebrations.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a large and comfortable suite room with a spacious bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect as it was situated near many dining options and public transportation was easily accessible, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff was nice and friendly. The room was beautiful and clean with an enormous bed and beautiful city view. The breakfast was exellent with wide range of dishes. The pool was also very nice although a bit small.

We absolutely loved the hotel and will definitely go back when we go to Bangkok. We had initially booked another hotel on line - Le Fenix - and when we got there it was very disappointing. They forgot to pick us up at the airport and there was an awful cigarette smell in the room and very noisy. So we moved to the aetas and it was like heaven on earth. Truly amazing hotel, very luxurious and can highly recommend. The staff are amazing and we can highly recommend it. It changed our opinion about Bangkok and we will always go back to this hotel.

We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel which had very spacious and clean rooms. The staff was generally polite and helpful in solving every problem we had. The hotel offered a shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and effort in commuting to nearby places. the hotel's location was perfect for us as it had several restaurants and shopping areas in close proximity, making it an ideal stay for those who love to explore the local culture.

Our experience was not all positive. The hotel's swimming pool was not heated, making it impossible to use during our stay.

Extremely friendly staff, free shuttle service, new and well-maintained facilities, prompt assistance, comfortable bed, ample amenities.

The hotel offered great amenities, such as a gym and pool, which were well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the hotel provided a free shuttle service that was a nice perk.

The room air conditioning was a bit too cold and couldn't be adjusted to a warmer temperature. , on particularly hot days, it was uncomfortable to walk to nearby destinations.

Almost every thing, staff are very kind , polide freindly & full of great hospitality. The location is good very close to shopping areas & only 10 minutes walking distance to Nana area where all the arab restuarants. Yes I had good expereince at this wonderful hotel

One of the best in terms of everything and I recommend this hotel to anyone. Very clean, very modern, best location, friendly staff and value for money. Thanks to all their staff who looked after us. Right now we are in Phuket but on the way back we go back to this hotel
